"That's Salsa!," is a motion graphics video that focuses on the experience of the musical genre of salsa.  Through a set of interviews, this video combine sound, type, and image into a narrative that displays the liveliness and diversity that make up the passion felt when experiencing salsa and how that brings community together.

I am a recent Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design and Human-Computer Interaction graduate from Washington University in St. Louis. I come from a Colombian and Mexican family—or 'Colexican' as my mom calls it—and that mix really inspires my love for cross-cultural design.I’m passionate about using design to explore identity, create socially engaged work, and bring ideas to life through motion graphics. I also love working in arts education and am dedicated to advocating for more representation in the design world.
